<itunes:summary>Once each week, Big Daddy Donald Roberts along with that Little Irishman Al Murphy bring you a full hour of great GOLDEN OLDIES from www.donspodradio.com. Listen to some of the greatest tunes ever recorded, every week!

Al Murphy visits on the 20's with RETROSPECTIVE - a 20/20 look back on issues of interest to Al, and hopefully you as well.

Michael Godin from Treasure Island Oldies stops by on the half hour for three minutes of ROCK AND ROLL NEWS and the newest member of the podcast team, Joey Day is here with his Look at the Light Side of Life, around 10 minutes into the show.

Big Daddy fills in all the gaps with light banter and awesome music.
As always, it is great to know you are listening!

FLASHBACK FRIDAY - ROCK, ROLL AND REMEMBER REVISITED - 1959

Friends: Another Friday and another edition of Rock, Roll and Remember! This week, a look back to the year 1959 and some of the hits we listened to way back then.

We hope you are enjoying this "retrospective" look back at 20 years of Rock and Roll. It was fun to record these programs some three years ago - and still fun to listen to them once again.

Stay tuned for the Remembrance Day Special from DonsPodRadio this coming Monday, November 9, 2009.

The regular weekly podcast will be heard Thursday, November 12.

And, with Christmas just around the corner, I would like to take this opportunity to remind you all that DonsPodRadio will be featuring another 2 hours Christmas Music Special on the Podomatic site only, early in December. There will be two, one hour files posted, so you can either download them to an MP3 player, burn them to CD's or listen on line. Any way you chose to listen, I know you will enjoy the seasonal music we will be presenting. No Talk, No Features, just great Music. Stay Tuned for that!

Thanks for your support. Our audience keeps growing!

Until next week.

Cheers

Friends: I trust you all had a wonderful Halloween evening, tricking or treating - and that you also remembered to move back to Standard Time (for those in North America). It is always a treat to get an whole extra hour of sleep and not feel guilty about it!

This week, much more music on the podcast. The regular features are all in place, including the newest addition to the show - Muprhy's Motown Minutes, heard around the 55 minute mark of the show. Do you remember the bit fad of the late 60's and 70's - the CB radio? I had a CB and used to chat with people near and far! Well, this week, on the segment from Joey Day, we listen in to Denny Powell talking about his parents and their CB experience. Very funny stuff!

Al Murphy takes a look at Mistakes that Made Good, Michael Godin drops by with 3 minutes of Rock and Roll News, and of course, the pundit between the pipes, Rollie the Goalie is around at the 50 minute mark of the show. Between all the great features, I play some of the best oldies you will hear anywhere - and always a request or two!

So, what are you waiting for - click on the link and listen while you surf the net, read your email, or simply sit back and enjoy an action packed hour of music, news, information and fun.

Don't forget FLASHBACK FRIDAYS on DonsPodRadio. Every Friday I am posting one of the shows from the Rock, Roll and Remember Series, originally podcast in 2006. This week, 1959 is featured.

Thanks for listening.

PROGRAM NOTE: The annual Remembrance Day Podcast will be posted Monday, November 9, 2009. The next regular podcast will be posted Thursday, November 12.

PODCAST 166 FROM DONSPODRADIO/CKW - HALLOWEEN SPECIAL

Friends: This week, our annual HALLOWEEN SPECIAL. It promises to be a SPOOK-TACULAR EVENT and I do hope you will take the time to listen. A lot of work went into the production of this program and I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Al Murphy, James Murphy, Joey Day and Michael Godin for their contributions to the podcast.

Right from the start, this show is different from all other podcasts, in that it carries the theme of Halloween pretty much right through the whole hour. In some places, I will admit, it gets a bit macabre, but that is all the fun of Halloween!

In my attempt to create the ultimate and unique listening experience, around the 50 minute mark of the program you will hear a very special recording of the MONSTER MASH - a recording I pulled together a few weeks ago, and with Al Murphy's permission, have used it on the show. I hope you enjoy my spoof of Bobby "Boris" Pickett!

To all my friends and podcasts listeners, have an enjoyable Halloween this year.

Also, remember, for many of us around the world, it is time to set our clocks back one hour. On Sunday morning at 2:00 a.m. we return to "Standard Time" - and if you can never remember which way to turn the clock, remember this - Spring Ahead, Fall Back!

Enjoy this edition of our podcast, and HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!.

Welcome to Flash-back Friday and ROCK, ROLL AND REMEMBER REVISITED (1957).

Back in June, 2006 I embarked on a journey through 20 years of Rock and Roll, and starting with the year 1956, played the top 15 to 20 songs of each of those years.

The lists are those compiled by Billboard Magazine and are actually the songs MOST REQUESTED by radio listeners across Canada and the United States at that time.

Last Friday I started with the year 1956 and some great old tunes from that year.

This week, we look at 1957 - when Rock and Roll was still very much in it's infancy.

So, sit back, let your thoughts drift back, click on the player, and let us take you to the year 1957.

Thanks for listening

PODCAST 165 FROM DONSPODRADIO/CKW

Have you noticed a wee bit of a change in the format of the programs of late? More music, less chatter between the tunes? Well, in keeping with the catch phrase of our podcast, a little rock and a little talk, I am working hard on the "little talk" part!

This week's show really moves along - with some excellent features with Joey Day and the gang from JDAZE, Al Murphy and his Retrospective Commentary, Michael Godin with Rock and Roll News and Rollie the Goalie with his weekly visit.

And, if that isn't enough, this week I am thrilled to introduce yet another feature to the hour - this one is all about the music. I am pleased to announce that commencing this podcast, Mr. James Murphy from the UK (Vinyl Morpher Radio, People Hold On and Pure Grooves Podcasts) will be dropping by with a feature we are calling MURPHY'S MOTOWN MINUTES. Yes, each week, James will be here with a Motown Sound from his expansive library of Motown Music. The Four Tops entertain this week!

Could one pack much more into an hour long podcast? Well - listen and find out!

NEXT WEEK, THE HALLOWEEN SHOW! If there is a Halloween tune you would like me to play on the show, just answer this email with your request and I will dig the tune out from the "grooveyard" and get it on for you.

Thanks to everyone who not only listens to the podcast, but takes the time to communicate back to us here at the station. Your comments and criticism is much appreciated and is the springboard to the continuous improvement of our shows.

Until next week, when we will have a SPOOK-TACULAR time, thanks for listening and visiting the sites....

Take good care - it's 'flu season and an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Cheers

Cheers

Don

Friends: If you have been to the DonsPodRadio site lately, you will note a few subtle changes - the site has not been all that busy of late, and I have taken a lot of the old files off the site, leaving only current information for you.

Every week, I upload the current podcast to the site, as well as the features from Al Murphy and Michael Godin. This Day in Broadcast History is always current, and of course, you Daily Smile! So, if you have not visited us for a while, now it the time to get caught up.

Thanks to everyone who wants more from DonsPodRadio. This little hobby has developed a life of its own, and I am afraid that I cannot possibly commit the air time to more music that some would like. Having said that, I am going to add another full hour of podcasts to the sites, commencing tomorrow, Friday, October 16. Way back in 2006, we did a 20 program show of the top 15 to 20 songs from the years 1956 through 1975.

For those new to this podcast, a replay of this series of shows is an excellent way to go back in time musically, and also to hear what DonsPodRadio sounded like way back then!!!! Starting with Podcast 21 from June 26, 2006, you will hear the full 20 weeks of podcasts - available only on the Podomatic site.

This week, a full hour of some of the best music you will hear anywhere,l including some great CANCON (Canadian Content). The Guess Who, The Poppy Family, Tom Northcott and Bobby Curtola are but a few of the artists featured this week.

Al drops by with Retrospective, a look at the Guess Who, Michael is at the bottom of the hour with Rock and Roll News, Joey Day is here with his Look at the Lighter side of Life, and of course, back by popular demand, Rollie the Goalie drops in from the crease.

So what are you waiting for - drop by the site and have a listen.

And, don't forget to tune in at the end of October - our Halloween special will be aired, and it will be SPOOKTACULAR!

Until next week....

Cheers

ROCK, ROLL AND REMEMBER REVISITED - 1956

Way back in 2006, we here at DonsPodRadio embarked on a whirl-wind musical ride over 20 years of Rock and Roll Music. Titled ROCK, ROLL AND REMEMBER, the series of programs started in the year 1956 and featured 15 to 20 of the MOST REQUESTED SONGS of each year as chronicled by Billboard Magazine.

We know there are many new fans who have never heard this series, so after due consideration, we have decided to replay the whole series.

Each Friday, until the series is complete, another podcast will be posted.

REMEMBER, THESE PODCASTS WERE ORIGINALLY RECORDED STARTING IN JUNE, 2006 AND SOME OF THE MATERIAL MAY BE DATED, however, the music stands the test of time and is fun to listen to once again.

So, sit back, click on the link, and let's ROCK, ROLL AND REMEMBER - 1956.

To those north of the 49th here in North America, Happy Thanksgiving! To keep the music coming your way, this week, MOSTLY MOTOWN from your friends at DonsPodRadio/CKW. This is a great podcast with some very funny segments - starting with Joey's Feature at 10 minutes - Joey, Denny and the D Man listen to a little girl who phones a demolition company in order to get her school knocked down. Very funny stuff.

Later in the show, I play a telephone answering message from a local police department, sent my way by a long time friend and former work colleague of mine. Again, very funny stuff! Listen around the 37 minute mark of the show for this call.

Al Murphy looks at Athletes' Superstitions, Michael is here with Rock and Roll News, and of course Rollie the Goalie with some thoughts from between his pipes! The TV tune this week should bring back a few memories.

All in all, a busy and very fast paced hour - have a listen...

Thanks for all the email messages, audio and video files. I appreciate hearing from you.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL MY CANADIAN LISTENERS.

PODCAST 161 FROM DONSPODRADIO/CKW

This week marks the beginning of a new era for us here at DonsPodRadio. While the sound and the format of the podcast is the same as you have become used to hearing, we do have exciting news which does change the way we can do business on the Internet.

This very morning, I received confirmation in the mail of the successful application for a SOCAN licence for DonsPodRadio. (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada). What that means is that we are now operating legally in Canada on the Internet and can podcast just about any copy written piece without fear of legal recourse.

I felt it necessary to take this step forward, as the hobby station I started some three and a half years ago, with very few listeners which really did fly under the SOCAN radar, is now becoming bigger and bigger and the number of listeners is growing week to week. So, in order for our artists to be fairly compensated for their works, DonsPodRadio has paid a fee for the use of copy written material. This is a huge step forward, and it is because of YOU, our faithful listener, that this license is now necessary. The cost is certainly not prohibitive, as we are NOT a commercial venture, and no revenue is generated by either the podcast of the website, so it seemed only fitting to become properly licenced. .

This week, some more great oldies, a very memorable TV Tune of the Week, and as an added bonus, a clip from the TV show itself.

Thanks to everyone for the email messages and survey results.

PODCAST 160 FRO DONSPODRADIO/CKW

This week we are really back into the swing of things - podcast 160 is chock full of music from the archives - and all from the vinyl collection. A few months ago now, I installed two brand new turntables in the studio and while I have been using them once in a while, I have never really given them the ultimate test - that is until now! Every tune you hear this week is right off the original recording - played on one of two superb broadcast quality turntables.

Day by day, week to week, the number of listeners grows, and this is great to see. If you get a moment, please fill in our DonsPodRadio survey - the link to it is on the very top of the main page of the www.donspodradio.com website.

I would appreciate hearing from you, and getting your feedback on how we are doing.

Don't forget to visit our podcast friends and contributors on their sites - Joey Day is at www.jdaze.com and James Murphy can be heard at www.jamesmurphy.podomatic.com.

<itunes:summary>This week we are really back into the swing of things - podcast 160 is chock full of music from the archives - and all from the vinyl collection.

PODCAST 159 FROM DONSPODRADIO/CKW

Friends: Yes, today, Wednesday, is 09-09-09 - the 9th day of the 9th month of the 09th year.... not very often one gets to write the date that way!

This week, back to the format that seems to be most appreciated by you, the faithful podcast listener. Except for a minute or two when I get a bit of a rant going about my favourite topic of the day, the HST, it is pretty much business as usual. I went out to the shack out back and dug up some old vinyl and got a real kick out of actually playing records and not CD's or computer files. Kept me busy between tunes, bringing each record into queue.

Here is something new - something I am going to try out this week! On Friday, listeners can join me in the CKW/DPR CHAT ROOM from 10:00 am to Noon, Pacific Daylight Time and we can get INTERACTIVE! I will be there watching for you! So, log on and let's talk.

The CHATROOM is located on the front page of the DonsPodRadio website and it very easy to access. Set yourself up and let's talk.

Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to fill in the listener survey. Again, a quick trip to the main page of the website will get you there. One minute is all it takes. There have been some very flattering comments about our work, and for those I do thank you all.

Until next week, thanks for supporting us here at DonsPodRadio.

PODCAST 158 FROM DONSPODRADIO/CKW

Friends: This week, back to the "normal" format - Joey Day is here, Al Murphy on the 20's, Michael Godin at the bottom of the hour and Rollie the Goalie at 50 - and yes, the TV Tune of the Week - back for another season.

I told you last week that I still had a whole lot of music from Woodstock yet to be played and so this week, I have made an attempt to deplete the backlog with more music from that festival. Excuse me for missing an F bomb in the tune late in the show by Country Joe McDonald. Cover your ears!

In Canada, we are on the eve of the last long weekend of the summer - we call it the Labour Day Weekend. If you are traveling, or are doing anything that takes you away from home this weekend - please be safe of the highways and byways!

To everyone who has taken the DonsPodRadio survey thus far, I do thank you for your input and your comments. Even though the production of this program is a "labour of love" and is really a shared hobby of ours, it is nice to know that you are listening, and we do value your thoughts. Where can you find the link? Go to the www.donspodradio.com website and click on the survey link, or simply click here - http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=kolASJFFdz80EYs1_2fU83NA_3d_3d

Next week, back to more traditional oldies music from DonsPodRadio. I think it time to dust of some vinyl and spin some tunes from the turntables - if you have a favourite you would like to hear, shoot me a note and I will get it on the next show.

Until then, have a safe and happy long weekend.

Thanks for listening.

PODCAST 157 FROM DONSPODRADIO/CKW

Friends: I know, I know - my summer "vacation" was all too long! Well, that is the luxury of retirement - and as my dad used to say - in summer you move when the spirit moves you!" Well, the spirit (and a bit of guilt) moved me to get back behind the mic and start the new season of programs from DonsPodRadio with PODCAST 157 - THE MUSIC AND STORIES OF WOODSTOCK.

40 years ago this month, in a little village in New York State, what was supposed to be a small rock and roll festival took on a life of it's own and over one half a million people crowded the facility and the love-in began! Woodstock changed the rock and roll culture forever!

This week I take a look back at some great music, performed by some of the greatest artists of rock and roll. Al Murphy drops by with a Woodstock Retrospective, and at the end of the program, a very special presentation - an interview with the guy who made it all happen!

To those who suggested the content for this week's podcast, I do thank you. It was great fun pulling this music together and then listening to it once again. As a matter of fact, there was so much it would not all fit into this hour, so next week the music will continue from Woodstock.

And, next week all the regulars will be back - Joey, Al, Michael, Rollie - the TV tunes and of course me! Oh yes, and some of the best rock and roll you will hear anywhere.

Hope your summer was great! Now, click on the player and go back in time 40 YEARS!

Cheers

Friends: I know the week is fast coming to an end, and that some of you might have wondered where the weekly podcast was! Well, this week, I took some extra time to mix what I hope will be an enjoyable trip down memory lane - excerpts from some of the podcasts heard over the past three years.

Hear Al Murphy (singing and of course, with his Retrospective commentary) James Murphy, Michael Godin, Joel Dunn, John Mana, Joey Day, Denny Powell (from the JDAZE podcast) and many other voices. From humble beginnings with an 8 minute podcast back on February 6, 2006 the podcast has morphed into what I hope is an enjoyable mix of rock and talk - 65 minutes of entertainment and enlightenment each week.

So, please click on the link and sit back to enjoy 70 minutes of my Retrospective look back on 156 podcasts from DonsPodRadio.

To everyone who continues to send jokes, stories, film clips and audio, THANK YOU!

From everyone here at DonsPodRadio - Thank you for your support. This little podcast is heard around the world, with downloads happening all across Canada, the United States, England, France, Germany, Spain, Japan and even in South America. WOW!

Take good care and have a safe and happy summer (if you are north of the equator!)

PODCAST 155 FROM DONSPODRADIO/CKW

Friends: Bet you thought I was not going into the studio this week? Well, I must admit to being on "summer hours" but certainly did make a commitment to you to get the podcast on the net this week, and I finally got into the studio and here is Podcast 155.

Those pesky switches I installed before last week's podcast have been replaced - and I even know how to queue records with these new turntable switches. Wow, will wonders ever cease!! And, another step into the current decade saw a new computer back-up system installed to the station, so I have yet another toy to play with.

After a week of unseasonably cool weather, summer is back today, just in time for the weekend! I am loving this "long weekend" - it started back at the end of June, and ends the first week of September. So yes, I really AM on summer hours.

This week, around the 50 minute mark of the show, a tribute to one of the personalities who passed from us last week. Listen to hear this piece of the past. Over the rest of the program, some fabulous '60's hits - some I found while combing through the archives for music for this program.

Thanks for everyone for your email messages - I get a chance to read every one and do use the jokes and stories that are suitable for either the shows or the sites.

I have a new service that allows me to see where my program is actually going and I am amazed to see literally hundreds of downloads in Canada and the United States, but what is even more amazing is the number of downloads in Great Britain and the continent - France, Spain, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Germany! Would you believe downloads in central Africa? Japan, Korea, and Australia.

This little podcast finds it's way all around the world!

People are listening! To those who receive this email and click on the weekly programs, I do thank you!

Now, download the show, upload to your Ipod or MP3 player and GET OUT INTO SUMMER!

Until next we meet....

Cheers

<itunes:summary>Friends: Bet you thought I was not going into the studio this week?

Cheers

PODCAST 154 FROM DONSPODRADIO/CKW - THE BEATLE BLAST

Friends: Here comes the BEATLE BLAST from DonsPodRadio/CKW. This week, a full 40 minutes of nothing but Beatle Hits! And then, a quick turn to CANCON (Canadian Content) for a wee celebration of CANADA DAY which is, of course, Wednesday, July 1.

To everyone who emailed regarding the two British Invasion podcasts - thanks for your kind words. Those two programs took many hours to assemble and mix just right, and it is nice to get acknowledgements from you, our faithful listeners and site visitors.

The podcast site powered by PODOMATIC has been so popular that it ran out of bandwidth just past the half way mark of the month and I have now upgraded to the next level of service. This means that the site will now carry more shows in archives and will provide plenty of bandwidth for the increased download traffic from both Podomatic and ITunes. It is great to see this level of activity and growth.

I am now into the summer months of podcasting and will broadcast during the weeks I am not on the road. I will do my best to keep you all informed as to the summer schedule of podcasts from DonsPodRadio. And yes, podcast 155 will be on schedule next week.

Have a great summer and remember - be wise under the sun! Slip, Slap, Slop and Seek. Slip on a shirt, Slap on a hat, Slop on the Sunscreen, and Seek out the Shade.

See you all next week.

HAPPY CANADA DAY FROM EVERYONE HERE AT DONSPODRADIO/CKW

PODCAST 153 FROM DONSPODRADIO/CKW - THE BRITISH INVASION

Friends: First, a big thank-you to everyone who in some way expressed their appreciation for last week's podcast. I will let you in on a little production secret - podcasts like these, featuring both Al and James take a very long time to mix, however when it is all done, the results are well worth the time taken to get it "just right!" This week, I spent another significant block of time mixing the second program in the British Invasion series and I know you will enjoy the results!

OK, OK, I know I goofed last week! I was so focused on the British Invasion program and working with Al and James, that I totally forgot that Sunday was Fathers' Day. So, albeit late, here is my heartfelt wish that your day was special indeed, and that you had a very Happy Fathers' Day. I have taken my 30 lashes with a wet swimming pool noodle and am repentant.

In every show, there is a spot that should probably be a "do over" and if you listen carefully, you will hear one of those - right before the first Retrospective Commentary by Al. I am so confused - is it 2 or is it 3? Listen to find out!

The TV Tune of the week this week is a cute ditty from an old BBC series that made it across the pond to Canada via the CBC. Have a listen and see if you can identify this week's tune.

Friends new and old make my job so easy, and really fun too. Al Murphy and I go back a number of years to careers at Moore Corporation - I in manufacturing and he in human resources! When we retired, Al and I kept in touch and when he heard my first podcast, way back in time, he jumped on the podcast bandwagon and has been a permanent fixture on the shows ever since. Nothing, and I repeat, nothing I have asked of Al, has he ever turned down. So, when I need yet another labour of love to pull together a special podcast (or series) Al is always there to do whatever I need. Thanks Al.

Just a few short months ago, I met James Murphy on the internet - he had been listening to my podcasts and caught the podcast "bug." After a number of email messages back and forth by way of not only introduction, but then on to more technical information, we became "cyber-friends" - each supporting the other's programming on the internet. James has not let me down either, recording promotional material for my shows, and just a couple of weeks ago, agreeing to help Al and I roll out the British Invasion podcasts. I have never met James face to face, but am hoping that some day this might be possible. I have never been to England, but in retirement, it just may fit nicely into my travel itinerary and I can visit James during one of his disco nights at a club.

The internet is a wonderful place where people like me can share a passion for music and fun with the world! And a wee part of the world is listening, and you are a part of it.

So, thank-you all for tuning in to the podcasts, sending the email messages of support, and clicking on the websites.

Oh, and one more thing - to Art Kollee - thanks for getting the creative juices flowing. Without your suggestion, these programs probably would have never been done.

Next week, a BEATLE BLAST - for about 50 minutes, and then a little bit of Canada, as we look ahead a day or two to CANADA DAY.

What are you waiting for - click on the player and join the BRITISH INVASION from donspodradio.com

See you all next week.

Cheers

PODCAST 152 FROM DONSPODRADIO/CKW - THE BRITISH INVASION

Friends: We have been promoting these podcasts for some weeks now, and the time is finally here to roll out the first of two podcasts entitled THE BRITISH INVASION. If you have never clicked on the player before, or have not listened to a podcast for some time now, this is one you really should listen to!

Mr. Retrospective himself, Al Murphy joins me in presenting some of the best music ever to play on North American Rock Radio. And, to round out the cast, Mr. James Murphy (People Hold On Podcast) also joins us as our "token Brit" for these programs.

So, if you think that stretching the string between the DPR/CKW tin can microphones between Al in Fergus and me out here on the west coast is a rather nifty feat of engineering, then listen to hear what it sound like as it crosses the pond to the south of England to link James to the podcast. All I can say is WOW! Imagine doing this a mere 10 years ago!

Al, James and I spin some fabulous tunes from the British Invasion era, and of course, feature Retrospective on the 20's, Rock and Roll News at the bottom of the hour and the ever popular TV tune of the week.

There is only one more thing I have to say about these podcasts - Thanks Al and James for making my work rather easy this week - all I had to do was push the buttons, talk a wee bit, and listen to some great music. So, why don't you join me....click on one of the websites and then click again on a player - turn the sound way up and then ENJOY!

PODCAST 151 FROM DONSPODRADIO/CKW

To all my Podcast Listeners and Site Visitors: Here comes Podcast 151 and another chance for me to spin some of the best tunes I have in the archives - tunes you may not hear on commercial radio but music that was and maybe still is a part of our musical heritage.

I would like to thank my neighbour, who fired up his pressure washer just as I started this week's show - this time it was next door (no Brent, not you!) and not across the street, like a few weeks ago. So, I closed all the windows, shut the curtains, suffered the heat of the room and got the job done! I think I managed to eliminate the background noise.

If you are wondering where Rollie has gone, he is on a golf course somewhere - hockey season is all but over and he is on an extended vacation. And speaking of hockey, did anyone think that Pittsburgh would force a 7th and final game in this year's Stanley Cup Final? I am sure Friday's game in Detroit will be a barn burner!

Al Murphy is still very much here, and his Retrospective commentary is heard on the 20's - this week's commentary is "must listen to" material! Michael Godin is also still on board with three minutes of the latest in Rock and Roll news at the bottom of the hour.

A friend of mine asked for a tune by Keith Hampshire - a tune I had never heard before. Listen around the 12 minute mark for this new oldie (new to me!).

Oh, and some great news! Next week, I will be featuring the first of two podcasts - THE BRITISH INVASION! Art Kollee, a faithful listener, was the one who spawned the idea, and of course, when a listener talks, we listen! So, for Art, and for the rest of you too, some great tunes and hopefully, some wonderful musical memories as well.

To everyone who has made this podcast successful, I huge thank-you! I never thought I would be still going strong and growing weekly.

Until next week, when we wrap ourselves in the Union Jack, thanks for listening and visiting the web sites.

Stay cool!
